If you’re on this page then you’re probably wondering who we are and what we do. Well, I’d be more than happy to tell you!

My name is Melissa and I’m the founder of La Lueur Aesthetic Co. I’m a Master Lash Artist and Aesthetic Beautician. I started out from humble beginnings in Hamilton On, Ancaster to be exact, where I started off as a Medical Aesthetician working at a few fabulous local clinics. I also have a background in Hair & Make-up, doing both hair and make-up for weddings and photoshoots.  I’ve always had a passion for making things look better, constantly redecorating my home and staging my friends homes. You could always find me at HomeSense!

In 2014 I enrolled in the Xtreme Lash training program, and was certified by the OG of lash education, “the world’s most trusted name in semi-permanent eyelash extensions” and training.

In 2015 I opened up my first lash studio in Hamilton.  Along the way I acquired a dozen professional certifications, (I’ve lost count to be honest) and learned so much from other renowned professionals. There’s always a new technique or the latest style to learn and implement. I love doing what I do!

In 2021 I met my now husband who lives in Sarnia where I spent a lot of time due to the pandemic. The people there are fantastic (and so are the beaches)! Upon finding out what I do, well it wasn’t long before I started doing lashes and teeth whitening there too.

We ended up moving to London in 2022 and of course, word spread around the neighborhood and I found myself once again performing my services to our friends and neighbors in the Sunningdale area. My time was now split between all three places. This is when we made the big decision to focus on one city and pour our hearts into it. The final decision… LONDON!

We needed the perfect location so we chose The Manor in Old North. The perfect 6 room studio in a modern professional medical building where we can offer so much more than we ever could before, and be surrounded by some of the best beauty experts. Services are always private, performed individually in a safe and welcoming private room. There’re even an underground parking garage for those harsh winter months when you just don’t want to freeze to look good. After all, looking good and feeling good go hand in hand.

I still take clients in Hamilton and Sarnia, but by special request only.

Currently, we offer Luxury Lash Extension services, Cosmetic teeth whitening, and Nail artistry (which will be up and running very soon, we are still interviewing artists). There’s a few other things in the works but we’ll keep that to ourselves for now until the big reveal!
